During the first six months of installation of your Sonitrol audio intrusion detection system, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, Sonitrol will neatly remove our equipment from your premises and refund your installation fee – no questions asked. We truly believe that the best way to "think about it" is to evaluate our system first-hand. - • SERVICE GUARANTEE
If your audio intrusion detection system requires emergency service, Sonitrol guarantees the arrival of a service technician, on-site, within four hours. If we're unable to complete the repair, and you're unable to arm your system that evening, Sonitrol will pay for a security guard to watch over your facility until we're able to get it up and running again. So, with Sonitrol, your facility never goes without protection. - • FALSE ALARM GUARANTEE
If you receive a fine for a false alarm that was dispatched in error by Sonitrol and caused solely by Sonitrol's audio detection system and not by your personnel, the telephone company or an Act of God, Sonitrol will pay the fine. - • PERFORMANCE WARRANTY
If you experience a break-in, have a qualified Sonitrol audio intrusion system, and Sonitrol fails to dispatch the authorities, and you have a loss, Sonitrol will pay up to $5000 of that loss. Of course, you have insurance to cover unfortunate events, but at least Sonitrol has “skin in the game,” every single night, with every Sonitrol-protected facility that has a qualifying Sonitrol audio intrusion detection system. Sonitrol Chicagoland West is a locally owned and operated franchise affiliated with Sonitrol Corporation of Stanley Works. The company was founded in 1986 by Frank Clarke, his father – John and, the principals of Sonitrol of Baton Rouge and Lafayette. In 1988 Jim Buckalew, one of the Louisiana principals, joined the company as Chairman and President.
Starting from scratch Sonitrol Chicagoland West has built a substantial customer base in the Chicagoland area by providing Sonitrol's unique "verified audio detection", Sonavision video monitoring and mySonitrol central station managed access control. In addition the company provides complementary integrated electronic security solutions and services in IP access control, CCTV, industrial process and environmental monitoring and, UL fire monitoring and services.
The crux of our security services is provided by our local Sonitrol central station and our security professionals. Unlike our competitors who operate large out of state central stations or contract their monitoring to third parties, our local central station, service and sales office allows us to know our customers and to respond to their security needs in a timely manner.
